Ballyshannon Training group:
Tuesday evenings at 6.30pm
Playing fields at secondary school.
Local training for the Ballyshannon group will resume at the Secondary school football pitch on Tuesday evenings beginning on Tuesday 15 September at 6.30pm, and please bring two euros. This is a change from the Thursday evenings of last year.
Club Senior Training
Bundoran: Tuesday evenings training going from the Church Car Park at 6.30pm for run.
Ballyshannon: Thursday evenings training going from Mall Track car park at 6.30pm for tempo run.
Castle Caldwell: Saturday mornings going from the old castle car park at 8.00am for the long run, one hour + depending…
Adult Training
Adult training with the Fit4Life group continues in Donegal Town on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings, starting from the Abbey School Gym at 6.30pm. New members are always welcome. From Thursday 30 April, the Ballyshannon adult training group will go from the car park at the Mercy Hall, while the Bundoran group continue to go from the Church car park, both going at 6.30pm
Juvenile Training
Tír Chonaill Athletic Club will resume training for all juvenile athletes, from 8 years upwards with a general club training session on Sunday 13 September 2009 at the club’s new training facility at the Abbey Vocational School grounds in Donegal Town. All athletes and coaches are asked to be there by 10.30 am. The session will last approx 2 hours.
Bundoran Training Group
