Mullaghmore Hospice Run/Walk

After a quick dash from Letterkenny, it was off to Mullaghmore in the afternoon and despite the inclement evening, there were some fine runs from our athletes with Vinny Duffy home in 19.23 followed closely by Shelley Roper in 19.48. Then came a group of our athletes one after the other, just like a training run, with Brenda Morris in a good 23.17, followed by Ann Donoghue with a fine 23.54, next up was Tony Cummins fresh from his warm up at the Danny McDaid 15k in the morning, with a solid 24.58 and Canice Nicholas, recovering from a calf strain, in 25.00 and Bernie McNeely with a good 26.23 on the clock.
